- Analyze data trends to identify process improvement opportunities

- Create detailed process flows and workflow documentation
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Generate regular reports on KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to document complex processes clearly
