Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Document detailed requirements, specifications, and user stories for development teams
- Create visual dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to drive decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Develop process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and wireframes
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in retail, automotive, or manufacturing industries preferred
