Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards (using tools like Excel or Tableau) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in business processes and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable business insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, process flows, and data models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus but not mandatory.
