Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes for fintech SaaS platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define KPIs and success metrics for AI-powered analytics
- Lead UAT cycles and implement continuous improvement frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership using advanced visualization tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Business Analyst in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Proven experience with data analysis tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile equivalent
- Strong background in API integration and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful requirement definition for enterprise systems
