Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL and Excel to generate actionable business intelligence.
- Design and document process workflows, including flowcharts, use cases, and user stories.
- Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
