Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and KPI monitoring
- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and drive consensus
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management software
