Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and create detailed process flows
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Translate technical solutions into business value propositions
- Support Agile sprints by refining user stories and acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for Agile environments
