Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows and documentation for existing and future systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and present findings to executive leadership
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and use case documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity preferred
- Proven track record of delivering process improvement projects
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
