Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage JIRA backlog and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for third-party integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Expertise in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and SQL
- Proven track record of successful requirement gathering and documentation
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
