Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes for agile development cycles
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and KPI dashboards
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement
- Validate solutions through testing and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with fintech payment systems or SaaS platforms highly desirable
