Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for operational inefficiencies
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira/Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
