Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to gather, document, and analyze business needs to ensure our software solutions meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and document business process models, use cases, and system flows using UML and standard modeling tools.
- Act as the liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Create and maintain detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile sprints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
