Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear, functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools like Visio and JIRA.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test scenarios and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to drive decision-making, preparing reports and dashboards to track project performance and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Lucidchart.
