Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documents.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business units during project lifecycles.
- Create wireframes, user stories, and process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or blockers early.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
