Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and process gaps.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and wireframes.
- Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the business units and the IT development teams to ensure clear communication.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance: Validate solutions against requirements and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
