Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and assist in the design of process improvements and system solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, data flows, and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
