Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Documentation: Create high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Testing & QA: Define test scenarios, prepare test plans, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered solutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, measure process performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems through analytical thinking.
