Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and success criteria.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement and automation.
- Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final products meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
