Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and system requirements.
- Elicit and document detailed functional requirements and user stories using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create and maintain clear documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather stakeholder feedback and validate solution designs.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases, including creating test plans and analyzing results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) is a plus.
