Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and processes.
- Process Modeling: Design and maintain detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Data Analysis: Translate raw data into actionable insights to support decision-making and identify areas for operational improvement.
- System Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and non-technical business units to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Gap Analysis: Evaluate current state processes against target state goals to identify gaps and propose solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
