In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will leverage data and analytics to uncover trends, recommend process improvements, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers) to design solutions and create wireframes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress using Jira or similar tools and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Perform gap analysis to evaluate current processes and recommend best practices for optimization.
- Document processes using BPMN, flowcharts, or other modeling tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is a plus.
