Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design and document process flows, use cases, and data models to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
