Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to drive decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the IT development team and non-technical business units.
- Create and manage requirements traceability matrices to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
