Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex IT and operational projects.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and act as a subject matter expert on business processes.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting on project status and deliverables.
- Evaluate data quality and integrity to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
