Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements definition sessions to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment activities.
- Document current state and future state business processes using flowcharts and diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a professional or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
