Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Create process maps, user stories, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and reporting.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
