The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and the development teams. You will drive project success by identifying requirements, analyzing data, and ensuring that our solutions deliver real business value.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and provide cost-benefit analyses.
- Training & Support: Prepare training materials and support the rollout of new systems or processes to end-users.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
