Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications, user stories, and system acceptance criteria.
- Design and maintain detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes using tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, and Confluence.
- Analyze existing business processes and data to recommend data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, QA, and project managers) to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and mitigate risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
- Detail-oriented with superior written and verbal communication skills.
