Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs, processes, and system requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional requirements, use cases, and process flows (UML, BPMN) for technical teams.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions for optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate data metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions against defined requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
