Job Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze data, and drive process improvements that impact the bottom line. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that business goals are met through technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders across all departments.
- Analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report key performance indicators to management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
