Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and system implementations.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Create detailed functional requirements documents (FRDs) and user stories to guide the development team.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between business units and IT.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business needs and quality standards.
- Perform gap analysis to determine the difference between current processes and desired future states.
- Train end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and documenting them in standard formats (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
