Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current corporate systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems that align with corporate strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of third-party software platforms.
- Ensure strict compliance with California state data privacy laws and corporate security standards.
- Train staff on new systems and provide ongoing technical support to ensure maximum adoption and user satisfaction.
- Lead project initiatives to upgrade legacy systems and integrate new digital tools into the corporate ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate systems analysis, business analysis, or IT project management within the California market.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance (CCPA/CPRA).
