Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scope.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Design and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
