Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align business and technical teams
- Monitor KPIs and report on project performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven business solutions
