Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for complex IT and business projects.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Identify process gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, Use Cases, and UI mockups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Proven experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
