Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, system specifications, and functional requirement documents.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Testing Support: Work closely with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
- Project Facilitation: Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and Waterfall processes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of business issues and propose effective solutions.
