Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Visio and Lucidchart
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops during night shift hours to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state business processes
- Facilitate UAT testing and validate solutions against business requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise night shift reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements during night shift or rotational schedules
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
