Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Document and communicate requirements to stakeholders and development teams
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business needs
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and measure performance metrics
- Support UAT processes and ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex data into business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP) are highly desirable
