Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for enterprise clients
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable plans
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and visualization dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform UAT testing and coordinate implementation of process improvements
- Generate executive reports and KPI tracking for leadership decision-making
- Maintain agile documentation and process flow diagrams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong background in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or CBAP preferred
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
