Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and process flows for night shift operations
- Collaborate with global teams to implement data-driven solutions during off-peak hours
- Develop and maintain SQL databases for night-time reporting and analytics
- Present findings to stakeholders through interactive dashboards and executive summaries
- Manage cross-functional projects with agile methodology for night shift deliverables
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls during off-peak system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience with night shift or remote work
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with experience in financial services or fintech
- Exceptional communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
