- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align on project deliverables and timelines
- Develop test cases and validate system changes against business requirements
- Support system implementations and provide post-launch optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience documenting requirements in tools like Jira or Confluence
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
