Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT team to translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
- Conduct basic data analysis using tools like Excel or SQL to identify trends and provide insights.
- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and facilitate workshops.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the project manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience is preferred, but no prior experience is required for this role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Eagerness to learn new methodologies and tools.
