Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between IT, Product, and Business units, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business process models, user stories, and functional specifications using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data modeling concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
