Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Update stakeholders and clients on project status, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
- Document meeting minutes, process updates, and project reports.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct research to support project planning and strategy development.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide extensive on-the-job training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
