Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
- Generate actionable insights through SQL data analysis and visualization tools
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation for all project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN) and requirements gathering
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex data analysis
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and business intelligence tools
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
