Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain clear process maps, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
