Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) considered a plus
