Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to ensure solution alignment.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
