Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solution feasibility
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT cycles and document test results
- Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL and Excel for leadership insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
