Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise technical requirements for the development and engineering teams.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product Management, to ensure project alignment.
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the implementation phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
